Let The Carnival Begin! Post One, Getting There!
Tick Tock Tick Tock, time is clicking away, "Oh know its almost 9am and I have to meet Sage Bethany at the Carnival. I followed the directions she gave me, but can't seem to find the Path of Illumination which leads you to the entrance, let me keep walking."

Within the next few minutes, Lisa came upon a large closture of lights, and there it was the Path of Illumination, she is now only minutes away from entering the Carnival

"Here it is the Path of Illumination, these lanterns are beautiful, and the tiny lights flickering around them are glowing, like magic." As you walk down the path the Lanterns change to the colors of the rainbow, with flickering lights and glass bases reminiscent of mercury glass or gilded apothecary bottles.

Sage also told Lisa that she will pass the Carnival's Growing Wand Garden near the Krimper Tree and that she did, before her very eyes she saw an actual garden with twinkling star wands, growing in height, color and magic, there are even little signs stating which kind they are, special hybrids or annuals.

She was close, spotting several people 500 yards up the hill and she also spotted the yellow tent, its inside this tent where you pick up your tickets and enter the carnival on the otherside.

Inside this magical tent were people dressed in the most amazing costumes and outfits, the ticket workers even had on these gorgeous bird party hats, I so wanted one and asked where I could find them, the kind lady whose name tag read Esmeralda sais when you enter the carnival, there is a large ultra twiggy tree with loads of hats hanging from it which is called: The Party Hat Bird Tree, you can purchase your hat there.

As I left the tent I came upon yet another magical tent, made out of mostly branches and dainty twigs, inside was decorated with mystical colors, table lined in velvet fabrics and glowing colored candles. I found out this is where visitors can come to relax during and after an exciting day at the Carnival, for now it was a bit empty, since its only 9:30am.

Just as the woman said, there it was The Party Hat Bird Tree, on my right, There is a line to purchase them, but worth the wait, look at these gorgeous and whimsical hats:

Stay tuned for the next part of the Carnival and the The Party Hat Bird Tree, in just a few minutes........................
