"Off To The Tinsel Tent, For Carnival Dolls" Post Five
It's nearly 12pm, Sage and I have been playing games for almost an hour straight, collecting tokens, and tickets to spend in the Carlisle Pavillion or to save and spend inside The Tinsel Tent. Inside the Tinsel Tent you will find the Royal Flyers Show, The Dunk The Queen Game, The Tinsel Parade and Sparkling Doll Carousel and stands filled from top to bottom with Carnival Dolls, waiting for you to buy or use your tokens on.

Inside the Tinsel Tent, doll crafters have workshop displays and demonstrations on how they make many of the dolls at the carnival, here is a display of finished bisque doll heads They are so vintage.
Vintage Bisque Doll Heads!
About 5 booths down I came across the biggest Carnival Doll Display ever, so many dolls to pick from, I had enough to purchase two, but here are some pictures of them standing magically from their displays:
Carnival Dolls!
Carnival Dolls! 3
Carnival Dolls! 2
Carnival Dollies! 7
So you see, winning was easy, but picking the prizes were not, how do you pick from so many, LOL...I choose these 3, I won 2 and bought 1, and still have money saved for the rest of the day, including the tea time event at Delilah Mae's Tea house located inside the Candyland Court which borders Henrie O'Laughton's Food Pavillion, just minutes away from the French Quarter. At Delilah's Sage and I saved up our money to have tea with Last Years Carnival Queen: Corneilia Gatsby and Zoe, The Fiji Mermaid. Zoe can stay out of water for 2 hours, but must hydrate her fin every half hour with a water fan.
Come with me to the Candyland Pavillion and Tea Time with Corneilia and Zoe.....
